GC Transfer, Tek Dinos & Structure Decay

Hello survivors,
we have made further changes and improvements.
Changes:
- The GC transfer in the forums has been activated again. This means that users can send GhostCoins again.
- Tek Dinos will no longer be deleted, so players can keep them.
- The automatic structure decay and the timers have been disabled.
- Attention: The team will continue to demolish structures & dinos if the owners are inactive for more than 7 days and have not created a ticket.
