ccc coordinates is the exact position of your character in the game. They are way more precise than the Lat/Lng coords and also contain the current height and viewpoint of your survivor.
You can receive your current ccc coordinates by opening the ingame console (default key binding is "TAB"), type "ccc" and process with Enter. This will copy the current ccc coordinates to your clipboard and you can paste it anywhere you want.

ARc Bars are saved on your ingame account, which is shared across the cluster. To get them in physical form (to use in Auction House etc.), choose "Misc" category in Reward Vault and then press "Exchange 1/10/50/100" and purchase it and Bars will appear as an item. To add them back to your balance, simply consume them. You can purchase only Titanium Bars - 1 TB = 10 ARc = 10 Ghost Coins, this means that the minimum amount to trade in Auction House is 2 Titanium Bars = 20 Ghost Coins.

Inactive tribes in ARK are a problem as all their progress remain on the maps, their bases, dinos and even characters. To make sure our cluster is running smooth and is fun to play we need to remove inactive tribes from the map. Any tribe that did not log in for ten days is considered inactive and will be removed with the next cleanup.

No, as long as you log in to one of our servers it will update all maps. Every tribe you are member of will reset its timer across the cluster.
Be aware that using multiple characters with the same SteamID might jeopardize this system if these characters are in different tribes! Having multiple characters in one Steam account is not recomended and on your own risk.

You can open a ticket and tell us how long you will be inactive (a maximum of 4 weeks). Ensure your bases are not breaking any rules, soultrap your dinos for safety. There are two scenarios: Either you have been inactive for more than ten days and did not open a ticket. In this case your base was removed due to inactivity, our rules clearly tell you to open a ticket if you will be inactive for more than ten days. We cannot do anything in this case, sorry.
If you did open a ticket and announced your inactivity please update this ticket and let us know. We will check what happened and if we accidently removed the base we will of course refund everything you lost. In this case we need you to build a small base and tell us the coordinates so we can place some storages for the refund.

You are allowed two have two areas with structures on every map, a main base and an outpost. The outpost is limited to be a maximum size of 7x7 foundations and a height of 4 walls. We also accept a cliff / tree platform as an outpost. If you have more than two areas we will remove some.
We usually announce area cleanups in our Discord in the 24h-cleanup channel. If you see your tribe in that channel make sure to check your areas and bring the count back down to two. You can use GhostData to find all your structures on a map.

Enter an obelisk's/ beacon's/ transmitter's inventory and press "Travel to another server".
You can travel with your inventory, or upload your items in the "ARK DATA" tab (50 slots available). It's not possible to upload or travel with element, element shards and TCsAR vault. Creatures upload is disabled, you have to transfer your dinos in soultraps. You can upload tributes for bossfights with the "/upload" command in chat after opening the transmitter. Be aware that some tributes despawn on certain maps on server restarts due to a change Wildcard made in 2021.

Wild dino wipes take place weekly on Fridays early in the morning (3 am CET/ German time).
During taming event these wipes occur daily (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday).
Please keep in mind that bosses count as wild dinos and they are deleted during wild dino wipe. Do not start boss fights shortly before it happens! This will ruin your run and you will have to gather artifacts and tributes again.

Refunding everything lost to game malfunctions would take a full time job, and admins are supporting in their free time. Every player is equal, so please don't expect admins to make an exception for you.

Your body moves a bit when you log in/ out and with every server restart, and it can glitch through your walls or foundations and get killed by wild dinos, drowned, or fall under mesh and get deleted. It's recommended to always log out naked. Items lost this way will not be refunded. Please always use loadout mannequins. They are cheap to craft and all you have to do is press "Switch all" when leaving the game. This way you make sure your stuff is safely stored.

It's advised to travel between maps for the first time with nothing valuable on you, only some structures to build a spawn point, so you can travel without this issue.
If you are stuck in a foundation or other structure, open console (default key binding is "TAB") and type reconnect, this should push you out of said structure.
If you are a fresh spawn, or don't have valuable items on you, you can kill yourself and spawn in a different zone, type "/suicide" in game chat.
If you have omni tool, or a piece of thatch to craft it, equip it, hold R and choose Teleport - then teleport to one of public teleporters.

Try to pull it with grappling hook. If the body turned into a bag, you can pull your stuff with Advanced Transfer mode of N+ Omni tool or shoot the bag with a soul gun. If it didn't turn, travel to another server and back, this will make your body despawn and your inventory will instead be in a bag. We believe in challenge so there is no death helper or any other tool to retrieve your items automatically.

Make sure that all your mods are up-to-date. If they aren't, and nothing is downloading/ installing, restart Steam – it should start downloading the update.
Due to recent Steam changes, you may have to unsubscribe and re-subscribe to the mod to push its update. Then launch ARK and let it install the mod.

Verify your game files – sometimes they may be corrupted, what causes game crashes. Check if your game settings are adequate to your hardware – try lowering them or running the game in low memory mode. Also check if your drivers don't require an update.

This error is client-side. Buffer can be defined as memory, where the client holds data that is has to process. This data is all kind of information that affects your game, starting with the world around you, structures, dinos, animations they perform, ending with your character – your inventory, learned engrams, your uploads etc. Pieces of information are flagged as less or more essential. If you reach your buffer limit while processing less essential information, it will just fail to process. But if you reach the limit while processing absolutely essential thing, then the client can't handle it and will crash.

Reduce the amount of data that your client has to process. Make sure that your inventory isn't full (best option is to carry only items that you actually need), don't learn every possible engram (try mindwipe when getting buffer overflow), being in your base – turn off the structures that are running but not currently needed – such as tek replicator or forge, remove items and dinos from your game data (uploads), don't carry too many soultraps (and best don't upload them) as they hold a big amount of information, move to a less populated area, reduce your graphic settings – especially view range and details – the less you process, the better for you.
