Could we maybe think of something, wether it be bought via reward system, or with Admin assistance to be able to exchange Ark Bars to GC. We already have one. How about a reverse as well? I know we can trade small amounts with players. But some have vast amounts, and have nothing to realistically do with them.

Not gonna happen, there are reasons why we do not do this. We are working on things to optimize our current "2-currency-situation" though, but there will never be a ARc->GC exchange.
