i have a question, if i purchase a max level dino during the event will it be lvl 210 or 150?

You cant buy dinos with coins during the event

It will get put on hold until Event is over, then you get a "regular" max lvl, which is 150

Does this mean it will be easier to raise a wyvern on the pvp server for the duration of the event? or put another way, what parts of raising a wyvern will be easier?

I am asking since I am not entirely sure what the "Breeding" stat affects.

Usually you will need half the time and only half the amount of imprints during the event, so yes, much easier

Could we get some info what EXACTLY will be going on during breeding event, I know some guy said what he thought but would like to hear a staff member confirm that or something:)

Well, it means that u just need half of time for breeding. Nothing more. Someone may correct me if im wrong with that.
